What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following Payments; Instant EFT, credit cards, MasterCard, Visa, Credit&Check, store cards ,master pass,Snapscan,Moretime ,Debitcard, Zapper & Mobicred (this will take you to our payment gateway,  Payfast)You will be taken to a new window, where our payment processing service will take over. Please note that this is a secure payment facility. Do you have a store or showroom I can visit?

Can I place an order online?

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1-3 business days.Our support team is always happy to guide you at any step!

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at call us on 012 012 5955 or Email us  info@yellowsubtrading.co.za  just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Is it safe to use my credit card on Yellow Sub Trading website?

Yes, it is safe to order on Yellow Sub Trading. We use the industry-trusted, South African  payment processing service, Payfast & Ozow. None of your credit-card details will be revealed. Payfast is secure & approved by all major banks in South Africa 

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

Currently We only Ship locally in South Africa

 

  • orders take 1-3 business days to be delivered around Gauteng Province and                     
  • 3-7 business days to other province. 
  • we ship order same business  day or following business days.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, 

Can I track my order?

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-days Return for Exchange & 7-Days Refund Policy:If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we will be responsible for the returning shipping fee. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.For returns, please  Click here to submit your returnwe will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods after we approved the request. we recommended to get copy of waybill when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. When returned item is received and inspected, you will receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the return.

Looking for the perfect gift for someone special, you can gift a YST Gift Card. Gift Card denominations available:R200, R500, R1000 & R1500How to purchase:Simply add a gift card to your cart, & proceed to checkout.Select your preferred payment method.Your gift card will be issued via email.**This is not a physical product, & is sent via email. Be sure to keep the email with the gift card code safe.How to redeem your gift card:Add items to your cart.Proceed to checkout.Enter the gift card code in the GIFT CARD/DISCOUNT text box.Apply the code, then complete your order.If your gift card value is more than the value of your item + shipping, you will have a remaining balance on the gift card avail belt o send at a later date.If your gift card is the exact value of the item + shipping, then you will have no remaining credit available.If your cart value + shipping is more than the gift card value, you will be required to make further payment via Payfast .
