Love the dress, great material, fits like a glove. However, I have received the worst service from Yellow Sub Trading you can ever imagine. Received my order on the 29th of March - my jacket came without a belt, booked a return ticket for a defective blouse on the 30th of March, they only came to fetch it on the 4th of April. Have been trying to get my store credit ever since, sent WhatsApps (which I have been blocked on now), tried to call, emails and Facebook DMs. The excuse was that their system was down and I have to send my details and story again... which I did. Now I'm just being ignored. Got sent another blouse instead on the 7th of April and now will probably have to book and pay for another return. Has anyone else had this kind of experience? I will need to take the matter public now as they leave me with no other choice. Thank you for making it clear that you do not care about your customers Nasir Nur.
