Please make sure that orders are handled correctly and that all items are checked before delivery. The zip on the shoes needs to be inspected as well.

I would also like to suggest improving your app. I tried to return a pair of boots, but I never received any feedback. Now I’m stuck with them, and one side’s zip is not working

Wore the boots for 1 day and the heels are loose already, don't know if it will carry me through this day 😭😭 so disappointed!!!!

Had the boot on for 1 day and it's broken already , the entire heel came off and delivery was an absolute nightmare, if you want to be cheap and use a shitty courier company, don't do it at the expense if you're customers!
