Till today I haven't gotten my refund and tried to communicate to buy with the balance. They only contacted me after I wrote a complain by email. But all they said was hello, I had to reorder the other stuff again and pay using the app. The service of your online is very satisfactory. But a team should compliment each other, your watsapp team is failed me. Till this day. If I did not love your stuff or had a replacement I would have stopped buying by now.
