I was sent the sexy knee high black boots instead of what was supposed to be sent as a replacement for the Long Thick heel boots. The company arranged a collection and shoes was received by them On 17 May 2024 , it's now 3 June , I have not received my shoes exchange yet, emails are totally ignored , I'm at my wits end in trying to get an answer from somebody about what's going on and why I haven't received the boots yet even though they have confirmed they received the sexy knee high shoes . Totally disgusted as this is my first time purchasing from yellow sub, it seems like I've lost my shoes as well as my money

I received something other than was advertised on the site , the boots even though lovely in appearance is not what I ordered , the heel style was different , toe also pointy as opposed to the one in the picture and the right leg of the boot was defective, I've returned them but am being sent the wrong type of shoes . Since the return last week I am being told the return is being processed with no other information added to this , it's a week now and still waiting . Totally disappointed as I'm a first time customer .
