Chose a shoe but when I was supposed to get my order, was told that the shoes that I chose was out of stock, I had no choice but to choose another pair as I needed the shoes on that day
My order always arrives in time and I get what I ordered always keep up the good work.
Its always a pleasure shopping on yellowsub. Fast delivery and clothes are as they look on the pictures
I didn’t give 5 Stars because am not happy with your return process.I tried many times to return a bigger dress but I failed.I wrote an email to you no response up to now.
sizes are sometimes something else, description or picture sometimes is completely or slightly different- returning is a schlep. please do proper checks before sending out items. Do not ask us to open our parcels with your driver to check , it's very degrading and inconvenient. Check properly and take pics before sending out items.
