It was my first time placing an order with great disappointment. I ordered this dress for my birthday dinner. The dress was delivered without the strings for the front of the dress therefore I was unable to wear it. I sent two emails regarding the issue with no response. I then called the contact line, after speaking to someone and explaining the issue I was told that they would call me back. No one called, three days later I called again only to be told that the dress has been sold out and they do not have the missing parts of the dress, they would need to arrange collection of the dress and I will be refunded. My details were not taken for the collection so I don't know how they are going to collect the dress. It has been a few days now and no one has contacted me to date. Honestly their service is pathetic and I would never place an order with them again.
