Checking clothes before packing them to ensure that there’s no faults. This is the second dress I’ve ordered from the store that came ripped , and now I am also responsible of buying return label and also repaying for the shipping fee while all of this was not my fault.
Another issue I’ve raised is the the fact that I ordered a dress however I was notified that it was out of stock and instead of getting a refund for that dress it was replaced with another item that I did not order or even receive.
