Heel broke

Heel broke in front of everyone, was busy modelling & all eyes were on me because i was looking good and the heel just broke and was on the floor, luckily i didnt fell. Just quickly picked it up and tip toed to my seat. That was really embarassing. I need my refund please. Ur system Couldnt download the picture, wanted to post it here. The heel is of poor quality lime what the othe lady said.
