Beautiful not true to size

The dress itself was good—100% satisfied with the quality. Unfortunately, the service was very poor.

The delivery fee was quite high, yet it took more than two days for my order to arrive. The exchange and refund process was also extremely disappointing and did not work at all.

I normally wear a size 36/XL, but the dress was too small for me and also had a small cut. I applied for a refund, packed the dress properly, and waited for it to be collected. It has now been more than three weeks, and no one has come to collect the dress.

I waited patiently and followed the process, but nothing happened. To make matters worse, I even paid an additional R90 return delivery fee, only for the dress to still not be collected.

I am truly disappointed with the service. While I was happy with the dress itself, the poor delivery and refund/return service has completely ruined my experience

The dress is beautiful but no where near a 3xl. It’s more of a medium size than a 3xl. Very disappointing
