The skirt was knee length not floor length advertised. Not true to size and the design is different from the photo. I feel robbed.

What is advertised and what I received are two different Items. The advertised gown is beautiful and maxi yet what I received was a knee high dress. I have since returned the order for a full refund. Buying from this retail has showed me flames for two consequential instances. The other order cost me to drive for 83 kilometers to exchange. The gown in question cost me more as I paid for delivery andI had again to buy return ticket as if it was my fault.

I will never buy from their online shop ever. It's too costly. Items is cheaper but all other staff like return processes are just insane
