Very disappointed with my experience. I reported the issue on the same day I received my package and requested that someone contact me regarding the defective product, but I never received any communication.
The tracksuit is completely unusable. It arrived with discolouration and stains, making it unacceptable to wear. It's extremely disappointing to receive a product in this condition, especially with no follow-up after reporting it immediately.
I expected much better quality and customer service. I hope this issue is resolved promptly.
