The quality of the shoe not good

I ordered black shoes, the picture showed black shoes with a black sole but mine is brown instead. To make matters worse the size 5 is small and not true to size I did my due deligence by looking at the charts and figuring my size this is really not even able to stretch and just because I bought it on sale I need to pay for shipping which is unfair because now the shipping would cost more than the actual shoe

the cut of the shoe is way too small

The shoes are not as depicted in the picture. They appeared to be light leather, but the actual material is plastic.

Good day, I've ordered an Exchange and waited for courier to fetch the small loafers. No one called and we need the shoes for tomorrow the 13 Dec 2025. I've paid the R99.00 for shoes to be collected. I'm not happy with the service.
