The packaging was open , the dress had stains . I had to wash it off but it looked good on me. I love it

You sold me a dress tht has a missing design (butterfly) on top of that the zip was broken. I had to take the dress to tailor before wearing it ! I'm very much disappointed 😞 😔, I tried to reach out on emails and Instagram noo reply. How do you not check the dress before packing it and shipping?
