I never received the item, YST did not deliver my parcel. Their is no tracking number on the system for the parcel, I have called countless time, spent more money on calls than the cost of the item. One minute they say I should have received the item, when asked to provide delivery details, they than say the item is still with them… I’ve email support countless times, now they don’t even answer my calls cause they’ve run out of stories to give me. I have requested a refund for goods not delivered and that too has been ignored. So disappointing
