This has been a very frustrating experience. The item arrived damaged, and despite reporting it immediately, I struggled to get a response. After multiple complaints, the item was finally collected and since then, silence.
No replacement. No refund. No update.
The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I am extremely unhappy with the service and would not recommend this product or company based on my experience.
