I did not like the color of the shoes, on the picture they were dark brown and in real life they are a light beige/pink. So totally not happy with the shoes

I ordered black shoes, it was in stock. I received gold shoes. Mistake made by Yellow sub. Did an exchange online, however No communication with me i has to follow up consistently. I was told my black shoes will be dispatched on 9/9. Nothing was sent. Followed up on 12/9. The shoes is out of stock. I was told that I will receive a refund nothing was paid. I will most probably spend the next couple of days begging for my money back. No customer service. Worst ever experienced. Deeply disappointed

I got these shoes delivered to me on Thursday to wear them to a funeral Saturday. I only wore them once and by the end of the day, this was the outcome. I’m so disappointed 💔

What you see on the picture is not what you get. I thought they are a So Kate heel, I was so disappointed that the heel is about 4” as I love high-heels 😭😭😭 it hurts more because I bought two pairs

1 shoe has a glue and removing it will be the end of the shoe. I emailed, whatsApp and up until today I haven't received any response.
