I am not happy at all with the quality of the order I received and the fact that I had to pay the courier an amount of R99.99 for incorrect order that that was packed by your staff.

Till today I have not received my parcel

The item ordered was well received. The quality is great. Upon exchange i opted for 4XL with a hope that the length of the pants will be perfect, but the pants are not long enough. it suits nicely on short people.

Jacket came without belt. I requested it be sent with a new order i made ,i spoke to the consultant who confirmed that they will send the belt together with my new order. still, the belt was not sent, and there no communication as to why it was not sent.

I have experienced a bad service for two months still waiting for my order.

My account has not yet been credited with the value of the goods I returned. This has been ongoing since August 2025. Several times I have flowed up and to date I have not received my refund credit.
