Rachel N. I want to express my dissatisfaction regarding the failure to deliver my order with tracking number YST730826.
It has been three weeks since the order was placed, and I have still not received the package or any meaningful assistance from your team. I have made several attempts to contact you office telephonically, however I have not been provided with accurate delivery details or satisfactory feedback regarding the whereabouts of my order.
The level of service provided has highly disappointing and unacceptable.
Due to the lack the continuous delays and lack of communication, I hereby request full refund of amount paid to this order.
