Don’t like the fit at all. Too is so small and then the pants so big and long

The pants fit quite nicely and are flattering.
The top I’m not sure if it was a factory default or what but it doesn’t sit well at all especially at the back. It’s too far up and reveals my bra and too short to cover my breast area in the front. I’m normally a Medium but I took a large because of the top but still doesn’t sit well.
