I actually not happy with the dress because it's not an accurate size,
What frustrate me is the fact that I have been waiting for you to notify me when will they collect the items because I did sent the email to inform you that the dress doesn't fit
The only response I received, is that you have created the ticket and you will come back to me within 24 hours.
It's been more than a week.
I'm still waiting.
