we made an order on the 17th of March and has not received as yet, even though proof of payment has been sent several times. there's an excuse every time as to why they cant accept POP send. now they are asking for a bank statement which is a gross violation to our financial privacy. I'm getting no response from the WhatsApp number anymore. I need this mess sorted out asap yellow sub trading or else I will be going to the police to open a case of fraud
