I returned a few items I purchased it's been 2 months and I still haven't received a refund or any other communication regarding the returned items. Customer service is horrible, waited on a call from more than 30 minutes only to bechubg up on when I got to number 1 in the call line.

I was surprised to see ropes I thought I will be as in the picture, the quality of the dress is good, how I wish I ordered a smaller size instead of my true size. So beautiful loved it.

i did not receive the belts for this blue dress and it cant be worn without the belts. i have called and sent my complaints on whatsapp , i didnot receive the feedback even today. the consultant just said im waiting for the manager and the manger didnot come and advice. The other dress they find out that its worn out after my order and i asked for refund 2 weeks back even today i have not receive the refund of R22o and i have shared the banking details and i receive the respond to say the email has been sent to account department. until todaY DOLOLO

Beautiful dress. Heavy material but light when worn. Perfect for chilled afternoon or evening wear with heels. For the price paid am happy.
