I made my order on the 26 of February, I had to send an email to find out whats happening with my order, only for my order to be processed on the 3rd March and I was told that 2 items from my order were out of stock.

I sent 2 pictures to replace the ones that were out of stock but they still sent order without the 2 items I replaced. I sent countless messages and whoever is responsible of responding to WhatsApp messages have a very bad service.

They told me that they can send me the items but I have to pay for shipping, for crying out loud how is that my problem now. I'm in Cape Town the shop is in Pretoria and I have to pay for shipping for 2 items that is not even my fault.

They said they will do a refund for me, I requested a voucher instead. And whoever the person responding to WhatsApp just said OK. Today on the 17th of March I still have not been assisted I keep sending messages but they just read my messages and not respond.

I've been a customer since 2023 and I have never experienced such thing and it's very not professional at at. I vey disappointed at yellow sub trading. After this order I'm not sure if I'll continue to be a customer again.
