A wrong dress was delivered to me, I spoke to a rude online person that didn’t help much anyways managed to be assisted by Juliet a sweetheart on a different number though she had promised that the dress will be sent to me on the day they collected the wrong but no such happened.Was really disappointed and requested for a refund which I was promised would include my delivery money but I didn’t get it & none of it was my fault.
The way it handled was unprofessional ,why was I supposed to pay for your mistake ,
Doubt will ever shop from you again.
