Refunds: how and when you get your money back

Where your refund goes

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you paid using a Buy Now, Pay Later provider, your refund is processed through that provider rather than landing directly in your bank account — see Buy Now, Pay Later refunds for how each provider handles it.

EFT refunds

If a refund can't go back to your original payment method, we'll ask for your banking details and pass them to our Finance team.

Please send banking details only in reply to our email — never in a public comment or a social media DM.

How long it takes

Your refund is processed on our side once your returned parcel has been received and inspected. We process it within 5 working days of that point — your bank or BNPL provider may add their own settlement time on top.

If you're past that window with no money received, reply to your existing email thread with your order number and we'll follow it up.

Return shipping costs

The return label fee isn't refunded — unless the return is our error. If we sent you a wrong, faulty, or misdescribed item, you don't pay to return it at all, and any return fee you've already paid is refunded to you.

What can't be refunded

Sale and discounted items are eligible for store credit or an exchange rather than a cash refund. See Sale items: what you can and can't return.
