We will allow a return on an item of merchandise returned within 14 days of the date of delivery /receipt provided that: The original invoice is presented on the return as proof of purchase. The price (swing) ticket is attached. The item has not been worn or used. Swimwear has the protective strip attached. The item is in its original condition and packaging. No returns of Final End of Season Sale items will be permitted Any factory fault must be reported in 3 days on the received parcel thru our support email address  To request a refund the parcel must be returned back within 4 working days after received.  RETURNS PROCESS If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, and all the criteria you need to follow the process below: Returning online Please note the following when returning: Yellow Sub Trading online returns portal can only be used to return items purchased online at www.yellowsubtrading.co.za All returns will be exchanged to different items or refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). please send back to the address below and will exchange and send back please write a clear note on the item you want to exchange saying which size, color or item you want to exchange with. you can return the parcel using any courier company that will deliver to the address below   Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. we don't accept a return after 14 working days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Yellow Sub Trading is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. If You Receive Wrong Parcel Phone our customer services call center on 061 700 7216 or send email to support@yellowsubtrading.co.za and log the return with them. They will organize a courier company to collect the parcel. Returns are free of charge On The Incorrect Delivery but the original courier fee will not be refunded. Returning in the  store Visit any of our stores and our staff will assist you with your return. Please note the original courier fee will not be refunded. You will need to bring in an invoice for your Order that you receive with your package as proof of purchase in order for our staff to assist you with your return. EXCHANGES If you'd like a different color or size, you can exchange the item at any YELLOW SUB TRADING store. For in-store exchanges, you will need to bring in a printed copy of your Order Confirmation email with you as proof of purchase in order for our staff to assist you with your exchange.

YELLOW SUB TRADING DELIVERY YST will offer the following services for shipping orders to a home address, office address, or in-store pickup. 1 You will be able to pick up your order in-store within 24 hours. 2 It takes 1-3 working days for delivery to anywhere in Gauteng province  3 Shipping to all other provinces takes between two and seven working days  4 During the checkout process, the shipping rate will be calculated.  5 Over-Night shipping Local & Main-centre  24-36 hr delivery 6 There is a cut-off time of 12 p.m. for all service level bookings. All orders received after the cut-off time will be booked the following day (Monday through Friday).   PLEASE NOTE Deliveries are only done between 09h00 and 17h00 from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We will only fulfil orders with a physical location within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.
