The YST app and your APP10 discount

Getting the app#

The Yellow Sub Trading app is mobile only — it runs on phones, not on a computer.

The link takes you to the right store for your phone, whether that is the App Store or Google Play. You can also point your phone camera at the QR code shown on our website to install it.

APP10 — 10% off your first app order#

APP10 gives you 10% off, and it is for your first order placed on the app.

To use it:

1. Download and open the app
2. Add your items to the cart
3. Enter APP10 in the discount code field at checkout
4. Check that the discount has applied before you pay

The code is valid on your first app order only. Once you have used it, it will not apply to later orders — those are welcome to use whatever other promotions are running at the time.

If you have ordered from our website before, that does not use APP10 up. The code is tied to your first order on the app, so you can still claim it.

APP10 works on sale items too#

Sale and marked-down items are not excluded. APP10 takes its 10% off the price you see, including already-reduced prices, so your first app order can combine a sale price with the code.

Only one code per order#

Our discount codes cannot be combined. You can use one code per order, not several stacked together.

If you are holding more than one code, apply the one that gives you the better saving on that particular order. Entering a second code will replace the first rather than adding to it.

If the code isn't working#

Check the following before contacting us:

• You are ordering through the app, not the website
• The code is entered as APP10, with no spaces
• This is your first order on the app
• You have not already entered another discount code on the same order

If it still will not apply, contact our support team with the email address on your account and a screenshot of the checkout screen, and we will look into it.

Why order on the app#

The app carries the same stock as the website, so anything available online can be ordered through it, with delivery or click and collect at either store exactly as on the site.
