How much delivery costs
Both of our delivery options — express and standard (economy) — are priced at checkout. There is no flat rate for either one.
Your rate is worked out from your order and your delivery address, so the amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay. Add your items to the cart, enter your delivery address, and the exact delivery cost will show before you complete payment.
Because the rate depends on the address, two orders for the same items can carry different delivery costs.
We do not offer free shipping
Delivery is charged on every order. There is no minimum spend that unlocks free delivery, and we do not run free-shipping thresholds.
Store credit and vouchers cover the value of your items only — the delivery charge still has to be paid, even when your credit covers the full item total.
Want to avoid a delivery charge altogether? Choose click and collect at checkout and pick your order up from either of our stores. There is no delivery fee on collection orders. See Delivery and processing times for how collection works.
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere within the borders of the Republic of South Africa, to all nine provinces, metros and outlying areas alike.
International orders
We do not ship outside South Africa at this time. That includes neighbouring countries and all international destinations — we are unable to deliver to an address beyond South Africa's borders, and we cannot arrange onward forwarding.
If you are outside South Africa and would like your order sent to someone within the country, you are welcome to place the order with a South African delivery address.
