Checking whether an item is in stock
Online stock and in-store stock are separate
Our online stock and our shop-floor stock are held separately.
Everything you see available on the website and the app is set aside online, ready to be picked, packed and dispatched — either couriered to your address or prepared for collection at the store you choose. It is not taken from the rail at Marabastad or Pretoria Central.
That means the two do not mirror each other. An item can be available online and sold out in a store, or on the shelf in a store while the online listing shows sold out. One is not a reflection of the other, and the website does not display live shop-floor stock.
Checking if an item is available online
The product page is your answer. If the size and colour you want can be added to the cart, it is available to order. If the option is greyed out or marked sold out, that variant is not currently available online.
Ordering online is the surest way to secure an item, because online stock is reserved for online orders.
Checking if an item is on the shelf in a store
To find out whether something is in stock at Marabastad or Pretoria Central, send us a WhatsApp on +27 74 012 3940 and we will check the branch for you.
To get a quick, accurate answer, include:
- The product name, or a screenshot or link from the website
- The size you need
- The colour you need
- Which store you would like us to check
Please note this number is for stock and availability enquiries only. For help with an existing order, a return or a refund, contact our support team through the website, the Help Centre or our main support channels.
Stock on the shop floor moves throughout the day, so an item confirmed as available cannot be held indefinitely. If you are travelling to a store specifically for one item, message us on the day.
If a colour or size looks different online and in store
Because the two stocks are separate, a colourway or size that has sold out in a store may still be live on the website, and the reverse is also true. Neither listing is an error — they are simply different stock.
If you would like a specific item and it is showing online, ordering it online is the safest way to get it, and you can still choose click and collect at checkout to pick it up from your nearest store without paying a delivery fee.
