Delivery options
We offer two delivery options at checkout.
Express delivery — 24 to 48 hours
Express delivery is couriered directly to you and arrives within 24 to 48 hours, anywhere in South Africa. The timeframe is the same nationwide — metros and outlying areas alike.
Cut-off is 1pm. Orders placed before 1pm are processed the same day. Anything placed after 1pm moves to the next day for processing.
Express deliveries take place Monday to Thursday. Orders placed later in the week are delivered the following Monday or Tuesday, so if you need something for a weekend, order early in the week and before the 1pm cut-off.
Cost: express shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address — you'll see the exact rate before you pay.
Standard delivery — 3 to 7 business days
Economy door-to-door delivery takes 3 to 7 business days from the moment you place your order. That window already includes the time we need to pick and pack it, so there's nothing to add on top.
Outlying areas sit at the longer end of the range; metros are usually quicker.
PayJustNow orders
PayJustNow orders go through a payment verification step before processing begins. This adds time at the front end, so allow a little longer than a card order.
Click and collect
You can collect your order from either of our stores instead of having it delivered, and you won't be charged a delivery fee.
Collection is available from:
- Marabastad Store — 24 Mogul Street, Asiatic Bazaar, Pretoria
- Pretoria Central Store — 224 Lilian Ngoyi Street, Pretoria Central
Choose the collection option and your preferred store at checkout. We'll let you know when your order is ready. Trading hours for both stores are listed in Store Locations, Trading Hours and Payment Methods.
If your order is late
If you're past your delivery window — 48 hours for express, 7 business days for standard — with no movement on your tracking, message us with your order number and we'll chase the courier for you.
